PORK BARBEQUE ON-STICK
Cooking Instructions
- Grill Cooking - 10 minutes
- Pre-heat the grill. Grill over medium heat for 10 minutes, turning every 5 minutes and apply basting sauce for each side. Must reach 80°C internal temperature.
- Oven Cooking - 10 to 15 minutes
- Pre-heat oven to 250°C. Arrange the Pork Barbeque on a baking sheet. Bake for 10 to 15 minus, apply basting sauce on each side, flipping halfway through.
BEEF KARE-KARE
Cooking Instructions
- Pan Cooking Instruction - 5 minutes
- Pre-heat a cooking pan and transfer the thawed Beef Kare-Kare into the pan. Add ¼ cup (60ml) water into the pan. Stir well. Bring to boil and let it simmer for 5 minutes.
- Microwave Cooking Instruction - 5 minutes
- Transfer the thawed Beef Kare-Kare in a microwavable container. Add ¼ cup (60ml) water into the bowl and stir well. Reheat for 5 minutes at high setting
